Joyce’s campaign centers on affordable housing and cost of living, healthcare and social services for seniors, support for small businesses, cleaner and safer streets, quality education for all students, immigrant rights, environmental resilience, and improved mass transit — so every resident in AD 49 has a voice and a chance to thrive.

What experience do you bring to the Assembly?

Joyce serves as District Leader for Assembly District 49 and as a Democratic State Committee member. She is a former Community Education Council member for NYC School District 20, a business owner, a mother of three, and a longtime Brooklyn community advocate with grassroots leadership experience.
