Content labels

Sponsored content disclosure

Every sponsored experience must identify the sponsoring organization, whether content was paid for, whether it was authorized by a candidate, applicable political disclaimer language, and relevant privacy terms.

Freshness

Election and candidate records should include source, date collected, date reviewed, verification status, and review/expiration dates. High-risk election information must not rely solely on AI-generated content.
